Hauppauge Office has Commercial Water Damage
The carpet shown in the Before Photo, is just a hint of the amount of commercial water damage in this Hauppauge office building. The carpet shows severe water spotting but does not give a clue to how extensive the migration of the water is within the structure. The green carpet has buckled after exposure to the water. The After Photo shows the true scale of the damage to the office building. SERVPRO technicians needed to remove the saturated carpet and perform flood cuts on the wall to halt the wicking behind the baseboards into the sheetrock on the wall. As seen through the cuts on the walls while the SERVPRO drying equipment is running, the water affected multiple offices.
