Smithtown Water Flooding
The rooms in this Smithtown home were drenched from a broken water pipe. The water stains and soaking are visible on the carpets and the sofas in the Before Photo. The water also wicked into the walls and then meant a controlled demolition was needed to restore this property to its preloss condition. Our SERVPRO crew can put to the test our General Contractor License #: 51995-H to eventually complete the build back. The After Photo shows our equipment still drying out the area, and the flood cuts have been done to the four-foot mark. This makes for an easier installation of new drywall; only one taped seam.
