Bayshore Crawl Space Needs Water Damage Cleanup From SERVPRO

This Bayshore crawl space began collecting water and needed water damage extraction and drying by SERVPRO. The techs arrived to find standing water on the concrete which required the use of a trash pump to pull out the water rapidly. During the drying phase of mitigation, the techs set up multiple air movers and used negative air to port out the moisture so the water vapor did not get trapped. After drying the techs wiped down the interior area with antimicrobial cleaning agents to inhibit the germination and growth of airborne mold spores. Encapsulation is often suggested as a way to avoid this situation in the future.
