Commack Cleanup and Mold Remediation in Crawl Space

A Commack homeowner used their crawl space for storage and found they had a water damage problem due to a leaky pipe and a mold infestation compounded the issue. The Before Photo shows a number of cardboard boxes, household cast-offs, and dirt in the area. The technicians needed to remove the items for cleaning outside the worksite and bring down the humidity caused by the lack of ventilation and the build-up of moisture from a leak. The After Photo shows a new PVC pipe from the plumber repair and SERVPRO technicians have cleaned and dried the crawl space and remediated the mold damage, so it is ready to be used for storage by the homeowner once again.
